Laura helped us move up to Michigan and now she helped us in moving back home to Texas. We were very pleased with her help in our move up we wanted her assistance again. From our first meeting, I knew that selling my mother's home would be an easier process with Laura as our realtor. In my opinion, it is critical to have someone return your phone calls or texts when you have concerns about any step in the home selling process. Laura always responded to my questions with a call or a text in a timely manner. Not once did Laura make me feel like I was bothering her with any of my questions or concerns. I felt like her only client! She always sent me feedback after there was a showing of the home, kept me informed on next steps, and helped me make a decision when we received multiple offers. Additionally, Laura had a contact that could help solve any problem that came up. For example, the roof on our home did not pass inspection. The buyer got an extremely high quote from a roofer. Laura contacted her own roofer, got us a much more reasonable quote, and we ultimately used her roofer to do the job. This saved us $6,000! Laura called me a few weeks after the house closed to make sure that I received a check from the title company for the remaining funds that were held in escrow for the water bill. This is an example of her attention to detail and how much she cares for her clients. Laura is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and committed to helping you sell or buy your home. Laura sold my home in December 2019, just a few days prior to Christmas in fact. Since my move was due to my husbands relocation to another state for his job, we did not have too much flexibility on the time of year. Our home actually sold in eight days! Buying our first home was intimidating and, at times, overwhelming. We were new to the Michigan area, had never bought a home before, and had just had our first child. Laura was quite honestly the best part of our whole experience. She was a wealth of information and answered any questions we had, or found the answer if she was uncertain. She recommended and guided, but never pushed. She always explained in layman's terms what was happening during the process or what we could expect, which was extremely comforting to people who were clueless. Even with the unexpected delays that happened, we never felt like less of a priority to Laura. She was available over the phone or e-mail whichever we preferred, which is great for parents of an unpredictable infant, and she worked hard to keep us in the loop. She helped us with negotiating on our house and reassured us during stressful times. We always felt like she was in our corner, giving 110% without us ever having to ask. We cannot imagine what this process would have been like without her and we know if we ever buy again or sell our beautiful new home, we will go to Laura with no hesitation.

I can not say enough positive things about Laura. We have worked with her several times, first time being 10 years ago when we were first time home buyers. She took the time and answered every single question we had, and really helped us find the perfect first home. Fast forward to present day, she helped us sell that first home in less than 2 weeks. Even though we were moving an hour away, she never hesitated making the drive as we searched high and low for our new home. We also used her services to sell my father's home, which was in probate, and needed a lot of work. A house I thought would sit on the market for months, she got it sold in 3 weeks. We were so fortunate to have found Laura when we moved to Bloomfield Hills. As our Realtor, she helped us find the right house in the right neighborhood for the right price. She was patient as we looked at homes over several months and cautioned us about making unreasonable offers when we fell too quickly for overpriced homes. In short, she was always on our side working to make sure our house purchase was as simple and successful as possible. Laura is absolutely the best - we first met her when we needed a buyers agent; she was so great that we used her as a sellers agent as well! We were first time buyers, so we were incredibly nervous; she really helped us through the whole process. My husband and I would text her random questions at all hours of the day; she would always respond very quickly. When the time came to be 'first time sellers', we knew that we had to have Laura as our agent!
